REO Rescue’s primary mission is to assist our clients in evaluating their Real and Personal Property for the purpose of downsizing or a complete Estate Liquidation. We are located in Chester County PA and cover all of SE Pennsylvania, Northern Delaware and Maryland.

Estate Liquidation:
 Complete planning with the family or conservator for the move of Personal Property for sale at the Largest Auction house in the area. We will then prepare the home for sale if needed. The owner is a Licensed PA Realtor as well as a Senior Real Estate Specialist with Beiler Campbell Realtors in Avondale PA.

REO Asset Recovery:
We work in the industry and know how important it is to
you and your client to get your property ready for sale. If you are new to Real Estate or a seasoned veteran we will become a valuable part of your team. On a daily basis we solve problems for Attorneys, Banks, Executors and Homeowners on sensitive matters.
